Have you installed air corrected jets?
by doing that you can use orginal jetting and needle height, only adjust for det 4 to 1 Exhaust.

I cannot find anywhere the air corrected jet (62). I have 4 pod, 4-1 stock exhaust with open slip on, small porting, 0.06 milled head, 0.5 oversize. So my set up for now is ; 125 to 130 main jet, pilot at 2 1/4 turns, Im waiting 40 pilot jet?! With 2 of 0.5mm shims needle. Planning to renove one shim, it makes some Burp at low rpm in each gear!! But at 3500-6000 it sounds and ride very good!! I dont push it more for my new engine !!!

With pods and air corrector jets you still need to increase the main jet size regardless of exhaust fitted.
All other settings remain stock .

 

All right, so now I have 130 installed instead 125 and 1mm needles shim. What are you thinking about

Thank you, but I dont think these jet works for the Keihin Cv34. I haven’t any jet that looks like these jet?!
