84 links x 6/8" between links = 63"

Stock gear ratio = 33/13 = 2.54

13T (630) + 3T (for 530) = 16T front sprocket

2.54 x 16 = 40.6 (use a 40T rear sprocket)

63" chain / 5/8" distance between links = 100.8 links (use 102, since it's necessary to round up to an even number)

One possible change, use a rear sprocket with less teeth.  Maybe go to 38T, if you want a lower cruising rpm on the freeway.

Thank you very much, if I go to a 530 upgrade, do I will need to shim the front sprocket ? Or it fit like the bike was born with the 530 kit ?!

Both 530 and 630 sprockets are the same width.  The 3 in these sizes equals 3/8" wide rollers

Ok!! Will I gain some Fuel mileage or performance with 530 kit ?! Because my chain is like brand new!! I don’t know how much a new kit will cost me for the benefits..

www.gearingcommander.com/ offers you a lot of option to calulate your final drive ratio.

Thank you!! So you think the clearance for a 530 16T in front will fit, instead of 630 13T ?! I will not need to cut the engine case ?! I already published a picture of what clearance  I have before..

A 16T 530 sprocket is the same diameter as a 13T 630 sprocket.

If you have the room, you can move to 17T front.  That will reduce your road rpm a good bit.

What do you mean the chain is like brand new? It looks new or it was recently purchased or what?
Changing the 630 sprockets to a different ratio can improve the mpgs, so you don't have to go w a 530 for that benefit.
In general it's best to replace the chain & sprockets together which is a good time to switch to a 530.
Whatever you go with, install the largest Fr sprocket that will fit >> this helps extends the life of the chain.

ps:  If the chain is new & new condition, I would just get the 630 sprockets. unless you're accustomed to selling stuff on EB or elsewhere, then you could sell it.

I have a question, I bought the 630 conversion kit from Z1 Enterprise and it came with a 110 link chain 18t front sprocket and a 42t rear sprocket this is going on a 1976 KZ900. Will that combination work? One more question does any one know what the spline is on the sprocket shaft? The front sprocket is a Z-13 spline from Z1 Enterprise. Thanks for the help.

The sprocket teeth count and chain length sounds perfect.  I don't know about the spline pattern.
