Wiseco K810 kit in KZ700?

Greetings,

I'm currently in possession of a K810 kit and 83 GPZ750 head to install on my 81 KZ750.  I also have a KZ700 cylinder block that I would like to use.  I'm aware that the KZ700 is not listed on the K810's compatibility list, but is there any reason the cylinders couldn't be used?  I also have a 2001 ZR-7 cylinder block that I was planning on using before I realized the cam chain tensioner was different.

In any case, the KZ700 sleeve outer diameter is 0.1mm smaller than the KZ750,  Is this 0.1mm significant?  That would translate to 0.05mm less wall thickness.  The KZ700 sleeve outer diameter is the same as the ZR-7 which is also not listed on the K810 compatibility list but I have seen running the K810.

Wiseco K810: 69mm

Sleeve inner diameter
    KZ750: 66mm
    ZR-7: 66mm
    KZ700: 64mm

Sleeve wall thickness
    KZ750: 2.9mm
    ZR-7: 2.8mm
    KZ700: 3.8mm

Sleeve outer diameter:
    KZ750: 71.6mm
    ZR-7: 71.5mm
    KZ700: 71.5mm

Yah, I'm not sure why embedded photos were appearing that way, but I've attached them to the original text instead.

0.1mm is insignificant.
The 700 block is basically just an underbored 750.
No reason not to use it.

Don´t drag and drop pics in the text field!
Click on "Attachment" and than drag and drop your files into the new "Attachments" area.
Then hit "insert" for a single file or "insert all" for all files

Thanks... yah, it didn't seem like it should matter, then I started wondering if that 0.1mm was the reason that Wiseco left the KZ700 and Zr-7 off the compatibility list.
Leave it to me to overthink things.

I know that Rockauto has complete sets, and prices seem decent too. Living in Canada it's cheaper to buy from them, pay for shipping and conversion from USD to CAD, somethings are easily half as much (looking at you CV's).

I'm not following you.  The 810 kit doesn't require new sleeves, unless you want to use it in a 650.

Don't have to re-sleeve the block on a 700/750.
The 700 is an underbored 750 not an overbored 650..
Liners are the same external diameter.
