82 440 engine info required

I'm designing some new pipes for my bike - being a student am too poor to buy new ones. While I am at it, I wouldnt mind some other infor if possible - doesnt have to be totally accurate, ballpark for some of it will do.

Peak Power (bhp - rear wheel):
At what engine rpm:
Rough idea of torque

Front sprocket teeth:
Rear sprocket teeth:
(I have non-standard on mine, so need to know orig).

Internal gear ratios:
Primary + 1st thru 5th.
(something like 2.212, 3.166 etc)

chain type and #links (eg. 425 with 110 links)
