I'm looking for a full fairing kit for my 77 KZ650c, trying to get it race (track day) ready for this summer. Can't find anything beside the front cover or people selling a windshields.

Thanks ahead of time!

Curious as to why you want full fairings? The Gsxr I track only has a small ZRX fairing.

It's more for looks than anything. But I do want to get into racing in the future and I'm pretty sure the regulations ask for fairings covering the engine, as well as a front.

Hmmm. I've only seen rules for belly pans with oil containing capability on the older bikes.

Btw, here's what I'm doing trackdays with. It is fully safety wired but since I'm not actually racing there's no need for a belly pan yet.

nice gixxer Doug :) and that fairing wont fool us ;)

am a big fan of air-oil suzooks, got a 750 & 1100, both 89'ers :)

neither WERA or AHRMA "require" full fairings. they can be an advantage in really fast tracks but not critical if you are a beginner.

certain bikes surely look "wrong" without them, say a fairing less TZ250 or TZ350 is simply incomplete....

I race my CB500/4 with a top fixed fairing (off a bevel ducati 750 SS) and my GPZ750/810 open classer without any fairing at all.

what organization are you racing with? what bike? pics please :)

I'm going to MCRA in Putnam. I don't have any good pictures yet, waiting to get it back from my body who is working on it right now. Once I get it back I will definitely put some up here though.

And I'm riding 1977 KZ650C. Or at least trying to ride it, only got on it one day last summer before it broke down and haven't gotten it started again. Soon though, Soon.
