The reason for that advancer only having marks on one side is because the pickups on the factory electronic ignition were not adjustable individually so only one set of marks were needed to set the timing on all cylinders.
You have the TDC mark for 1-3 so just measure the distance between the 1-4 T and F marks etc and replicate them on the 2-3 side.
