Seeking advice on install of electronic ignition on my 74-Z1, is Dyna S a good option or is there better on the market, would 3 ohm coils be the right choice?

Dyna S is a proven setup. It's designed to use coils from between 3-5 ohms.

If you still have your original coils they should be 3.8 ohm. Dynatek makes a replacement...I think it's the green coils. They are the match for the Dyna S ignition.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
