Aftermarket switches - 1980 KZ440

Aloha all! I am struggling with the search function on the forum, so I apologize if this has been asked a bunch.
Are there any recommended aftermarket or readily available switches that are similar to stock for left and right? The switches on my 1980 KZ440 are beat up and, I believe, beyond salvaging. I am fine with staying with stock switches, but most that I have found on ebay or similar look equally beat up.

Beat up how? Cosmetically or mechanically/electrically?
If the black plastic is now kind of ashy grey from the sun, there are products available (at any auto parts store) that will return them to a glossy black.
If the switches do not actually work, try disassembling them (just a little) and cleaning all the contacts with - you guessed it - contact cleaner.
If they are damaged - eg accidents, da kine - then aftermarket switches should work as long as they are for 3/4" bars and they include all of the functionality of the originals. For example, the one on the left will need hardware for high/low beam, horn, and turn signals. If you go the aftermarket route, you'll be on your own for the wiring.

Z1Enterprises.com has reproduction Z1 handlebar controls that might work. ~$40 each.

Anybody know of a product to help sun-faded black plastic long-term? Everything I've tried only looks good until the next wash.

These look great, my current switches do not have the lights on/po/off function, would it be alright to just not wire that in?

hi, you can if you want, kx440 shows as a 4 pin connector, same as the replacement z1, you have to make sure wire placement is the same as your main harness, and correct as needed, move pins around, the other 2 leads on the new switch are to switch lighting, a single blue (feed) and double bullet (return), you have nothing to plug them into unless you break into the lighting circuit, should be plug and play good luck
