I have a 1981 kz1000 ltd that I am working on and it appears it was originally equiped with an electronic speedometer pickup and speedo. By the time I got this project it no longer has the dash or gages. is there a generic replacement thats not $500?
it came with a set of gages off an earlier kz1000 - Can I just swap the pickup on the wheel with a mechanical one and run the mechanical gauge ?
