Charging and starting sistem

Hello I just got and engine to replace in one of my bikes a Kz 900 engine but they changed the crankshaft to an MKII 28 pin, the engine does not have the charging Sistem Rotor, stator, cover, clutch and starter gear staring.
Are there any other year and models that will be compatible with this crank such as starting and charging Sistem.
I know the LTD 1979 uses a charging Sistem that looks pretty much the same as MKII, and I have also J model engine to source parts

I grew up riding and fixing all sort of small bike until I inherited A 1977 GS 750 when I was 16, that changed my life completely I love metric bike and I own a few fully working and have some projects.

Looks like most of the KZ1000 engines 1977-80 use the same stator and rotor.

Is a 900 engine with a MKII crankshaft, and I also have a Model engine I can source parts of it. 77 uses a different charging Sistem. so I wonder what can I use form the J model and what do I need to source.

Well the starter and starting gear is the same in the J model and MKII the charging dictum might be different but if fit could work unfortunately I do not have a J charging sold it 2 weeks ago but  mangad to source everything from an MKII engine I had in the shed.
Thanks anyways.
