battery box and various appendages ?
04 Mar 2022 18:28
Hi,
I'm confused now, and can't seem to find a detailed drawing on Clymer, Shop manual or Partzilla for this:
I dismantled the battery tray to clean and repaint it, but had no good pictures pre-assembly, and some components seem to be capable of being mounted in 2 directions.
This is what I arrive at, but can someone confirm that I did not get it wrong on some of the mounting ?
Thanks in advance.

The Kawasaki diagrams probably have the parts oriented the way most stuff would be mounted on the motorcycle & the direction the fasteners are installed. On the other hand the drawing for my voltage regulator is the same as yours but mine is actually mounted on the underside of the battery case. In case you aren't aware a Front arrow is on most diagrams: the front of the motorcycle is to the left & the diagrams show the LH side. in case it needed to be said. hee.
