Best headlight mod

What is the best headlight mod these days for the most ,best lighting? I currently have the Otakar HID headlight mod. The headlight is cracked so I need a replacement. This mod is high beam ,which works well, but the low beam is too dim.The best aftermarket bulb seams like the LED classic from Holley, but its over $300 Canadian. Any thoughts?
76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.

I can only speak for the Europa market. I do a plug and play LED conversion with a Highsider Typ3 sale off by Louis company for 99 Euro.

I don't know if its "the best" but i find this LED bulb works well for me. fits in a standard H4 lens..
