running lights both pulse when either turn signal is on

is there a way to fix when running lights both pulse when either turn signal is on?

I am assuming that you have the three wire turn signals ? if so it sounds like a ground problem for the light units. You can connect a voltmeter (black to battery ground - red to ground wire at turn signal) when you operate the lights you should have no more than 0.3v showing on the meter with everything connected . Any more than this indicates a bad ground

Check for corrosion in the socket it can backfeed power to the ground
