Need some spark plug help with my kz440

So I’ve pulled the spark plugs on my kz440 and this is my first time changing them. I had bought some ngk br8es spark plugs but come to find out they don’t fit in the jacket end. Does anyone know what spark plug I should use that has this skinnier end?

You have only to un-screw the top spark plug nippel connector!!!

You have to use the B8ES spark plugs with no 5k Ohm resistance!

Don´t use 5k ohm resistance spark plugs and spark plug connector together!!!
Only 5k ohm resistance spark plug or spark plug connector!!!
Or non resistance spark plug or spark plug connector!!!

R means resistor. The plug cap already has a resistor, so you don't want to use a resistor plug.

Regarding removing the top, some plug ends are removable, and others are not.
