Asphalt thanks for the reply. Gauges are original to the bike. I have not seen them work as I bought this as a non-running project in December. I have spun them on a drill and the needles move. Do you do recalibration too or just refreshing. I would like the black paint redone as long as they are theyโ€™re apart. Sorry for the glare on the pictures. Let me know if you need something else. You are correct on the instrument light rubbers they were toast, but I have bought a aftermarket harness from Z1 Enterprises. Iโ€™m not crazy about it, but it will work. Let me know what I need to do to get these to you. Thank you.

Hi Clay, do you have any KZ650 speedos in KMH? I am looking to replace my gauge as it is in mph, and as the police here are very strict for speeding especially on public holidays with a zero tolerance, I would like to swap my speedo out.ย
Looking like your switch blocks arrive today, so will let you know ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

If your looking for KPH speedos your best bet for finding some used are Canada and Germany (Europe) then get them restored with KPH face decals.

Richard unfortunately i don't have any Km/h gauges at the moment. The internals are identical between MPH and KMH, just the faceplates that differ. Seems the ones for the 900/1000 are abundant but they are 240's, You want 220. I looked thru CB750faces.com but they didn't have them. Like Injected mentioned you could just "sticker" over what you have. Perhaps there's other companies that sell them like Diablo Cycle in Canada. I just don't care for them though, too shiny. Let me do some research!!ย  Here's similar to what you are looking for 25005-1013. Except this is for the B2 model so the inner can is that green color. That can of course be changed.ย

Limit, You mentioned the LTD900. Did a restore on one last year, came to me in boxes. As discussed previously in an older thread, don't know why they don't fetch more money??ย ย

Just a suggestion but I used a supplier in Poland for these completely "one off" faces for my ZX6R gauges (needed lower red line, temp light changed to fuel light, font colours etc) they worked with me to produce exactly what I wanted (sent 2 previews for approval before printing) all for approx $50 plus shipping

Wookie i believe i've ran across that company selling on ebay. But they don't have the "ND" company logo on any of their decals. And i believe Richard wants Original.

Diablo (Reproduction Decals) sells KPH decals for the 650, these are a set below I bought for a restoration.

The 1977 KZ650 B1/C1 use a black inner can and the 1978 KZ650 B2/C2 and on use the bright green inner can.

As per conversation Limitfish, received yesterday and already apart today. Thought this "might" help NZ Richard with his Z650 too, same identical gauges except the Km/h faceplate.ย

More beneficial crap, those often browned-out white 1/10th mileage and trip meter register wheels. When Crazy did the write-up i think we touched on this but don't think he'd tried or included it in his thread? Over the years i've tried multiple brands of this peroxide based hair care product. Some were too aggressive and some pointless and didn't help, this is the stuff i've found to have the happy medium. Find a baggie, fill it with wheel and sit it in the sun for a while, product does all the hard work. Success is NOT always the outcome!! If too bad initially font will be lightened severely or disappear altogether. And after whitened sufficiently, just rinse under water. DON'T scrub on the thing or you WILL lose the numerals!ย  ย
