Aluminum wheel conversion was created by kzlaverda
I have a 1978 KZ1000 with wire spoke wheels (19" front and 18" rear) and want to convert to KZ stock aluminum wheels.
Is it an easy swap? Any major obstacles? What year wheels should I look for?
Thanks to all.

I want aluminum spoke wheels!
I want a 5.5 x 18 rear Akront or D.I.D for a 180 tire.
A 18 x 1.85 front.
With Buchannon stainless steel spokes. To put on my machined down, polished Z1 hubs.
$1000 should cover it.
It is on the list!
