Hmmmm...
My 82 750 H3 has 36mm forks, but they are not the originals.
I wonder if 37mm would fit without changing the triple tree?
McDroid, not to hijack this thread but could you mesaure the inside distance between the upper fork legs. Enquiring minds want to know.

I have a sheet (somewhere) at home from an out of business supplier for Kawasaki forks.
It shows what size forks for different models that they used to sell. Alot of them were 36mm, and they went on 650's, 750, and some 1000's.
I would not doubt that it would measure 36.something
If I can find the sheet this weekend I will try to post the information.
