The Kawasaki shop manual for your bike states 180-188 cc of 10W oil for each leg...as for the snow...move south:)

When filled, before installing fork caps, and with forks hanging fully extended (front wheel off the ground), suggest using a wood dowel to measure the actual oil level distance from the top of fork tubes.
Mark the dowel accordingly and keep it, and make a note of the measurement (in case you misplace the dowel or forget what it's for :huh: ) to save in your bike maintenance records, all for future reference when topping up or refilling the forks, or just changing the oil.
