There are a bunch of drag racing places that sell extended swingarms, but they don't have pivot bearings and require struts (no shocks). I bought mine, with bearings, from Klasmo in Germany. At the time the dollar was much stronger so it wasn't nearly as expensive.
www.z-klasmo.de/
search for item 611017Z
This was actually custom made for me at no additional charge and then was added to the site. I had the shock mounts located 1" further behind so it would lower the bike a little. Like I said though, really pricey now that the dollar is soooooo weak

Also wanted to mention that klasmo has a 4" longer version for a little less money.
Here's some other sites to check out. I think they all have extended swingarms for KZ's with pivot bearings:
www.mcintoshmachineandfabrication.com/
www.tracdynamics.com/
redlinecycle.com/swingarm%20index.html
Hope this helps. Problem is, none of them are cheap!
