Yes will fit - check out - jagrider - pictures
This swing arm top shock mounts was re-dun to mount standard type shocks

You have to use clevis type end shocks to mount to the swing arm.

There is alot of info in the Archives about this swap on different bikes .. You will need to buy standard rear shocks since it has been changed now

Shoe48, wasn't it you that stopped by my place with a GS1100 swingarm and we discovered the 750 twin axle was too short?
I believe the 750 twin axle is the same length as the KZ1000 axle, so that would mean the 1000 axle is too short also.
Of course there is always the possibility that I don't have a clue what I'm talking about

Yes the twin axle is to short I used a GS1100E axle but it just makes it ,,
