Can't tell much from the pics in the ad, but providing the front end and swingarm are straight (I have my doubts), would they they be workable on my 1000LTD?

Yeah both the ends should be fairly easy to swap.
I'm 98% sure that the swingarm will slide right in as I think it's actually narrower than the Kz frame by a smidge. You'll have to machine bearing races to adapt the large ID of the bearings to the small OD of the Kz axles.
The forks shouldn't be too hard. Possibly just swap the stems. That front end is the second most desirable of the Gsxr line IMO. (The most desirable is the 91-92 Gsxr1100 due to their slightly longer length.)
