530 x 102 links I believe. I know it's a 530 but I always order 106 links because I install a 17 tooth front sprocket when I put on a new chain, then just cut it to fit (dremel).
16/38 is stock gearing.
Can't be an 81 750 twin, Kawasaki didn't sell any 81 750 twin models (at least in the US, don't know about elsewhere). If the manufactured date is 81, then it's a 82 model.
82 has axle on front of forks and is a KZ750M1 CSR, also has electronic ignition and hoses going to the top of the valve/cam cover.
16/38 is stock gearing.

I remember stock was 530 (102 link) stock on my '79 750 twin. 16/38 was the stock gearing.
