i have the original kawasaki parts number-where can i order this stuff from?
two places will order Kawi OEM parts for you (assuming they are still available from kawi):
www.bikebandit.com
www.babbittsonline.com/
They have all the factory drawings and part numbers in their "OEM" section. They will order the parts at a discount off the list price of maybe 30%. I found babbitts was the cheapest prices.
FYI: their part numbers may not match yours, but you can look the part up directly there from the assembly explosion drawing.

actually-babbitts is ridiculously hard to navigate. i put my part in, no success. put in the name of it, nothing. bikebandit found it instantly.
Babbitts is easy if you enter the year, model, etc in the search block and then go to the OEM drawing for the assembly in question. I never try to ID numbers by description, I just look them up directly from the drawings.

Really though...tryin to help here, but you're being pretty vague,in asking for info.
In that(kick-start mechanism) pic,are you inquiring about the COVER...the SCREWS,or the SHAFT??
If it's the COVER?...part number is:
14032-075-2h
And it applies to the following models...
