I picked up an old car rim at a garage and it's bolted it to my workbench with threaded rod. I then lay the motorcycle wheel on the rim, with the threaded rod coming thru the axle hole. I bolt the bike wheel down to the car rim with a small plywood block and a washer & nut. This holds it secure and up from the table, letting me sweat and swear as I change a tire. I still needed my sons help when I changed my rear tire a few months back, and I have 4 tire irons and lots of soap.
I will now pay the man what he wants to change tires, it's well worth the money to drop it off in the morning and have it ready to go that evening.
