Well after i made mey trip to mid ohio and back, the chain got really loose on the way home and it is at the farthest adjustment spot back. So i got a 530 chain, and sprokets, and 2 spacers for the front sprocet if needed. I cant wait to get the new chain and sprocets in so i can put them on and ride again.

Figure on buying a socket to fit the front sprocket nut. I think most would say use an air wrench. If you don't have one buy, beg, borrow or steal one. Load up the bike and take it to any auto repair place and have then take it off as a last resort. If not you might waste 3 days and nights, a busted rachet, end up having to pipe that mother and then tip your bike over 'cause you were leaning on it so hard

To keep the sprockt from spinning, I just leave the old chain on, then use a vise grip to keep the chain stationary. This way the nut wll not budge.
Too bad you don't have a 550. They just use two small screws and a jig to hold the sprocket in place. No large nut at to hassle with.

Ok good news, just got the chain and sprockets on. The front sprocket nut was easy to get off, i used an electric impact gun, it only took me an hour and a half. bike rides awsome now, and the chain isnt slapping the swingarm when i ride..........lol

Well i went to a car show downtown downers grove, when i was leaving i heard somebody say crack the throttle. OMG, she pulled the front wheel off the ground about 3 feet and took off like a rocket ship. There was a long strait away and i decided to get on it, from a dead stop i nailed it and was banging it through the gears, i hit 85 mph, and decided to slow down, its a good thing cause there was an unmarked squad car a mile ahead.
