On that same site did you guys see the tank mounted in the tail section. Is that some kind of oil tank.
It's probably a catch tank for the crankcase ventilation...

That looks great, now if I could read japanese Id be laugh ing
Haha, me too. Too bad I don't know any Japanese people who can translate it for me...
I've been looking on some Japanese websites lately. They sell the most awesome stuff for old KZ's, but I don't know hoe to order it...
(I also have to rob a bank first, or win the lotery a few times)

How does having a catch can for crankcase ventilation help?
It keeps the oil from getting on the rear tire.

Hi galaxian,I have ordered stuff from Japan several times. The problem is the shipping. Some vendors dont want to ship overseas so i just ship it to my mother in law's house and have her ship it to me it costs way more but well worth it. It also doesnt hurt to have a Japanese wife to translate and actually order the parts!!

I'm not really trying to order something from the Japanese shops I have found... I just don't have the money right now to buy expensive exhausts front forks or other nice goodies.. But who knows.... someday....
Can you maybe give me a ballpark figure of the costs of sending an exhaust to Europe or the USA? I have no idea what it would be...
If you can help us with the translation of the PDF file I linked to (click), it might be helpful to all of us...
From looking at the PDF it seems they have some sort of filosofy for strenghtening a frame. Do they give any measurements in the PDF?
