I have 1983 that I am parting out if any parts are needed. Don't now to much about them.

Will they fit a '76 B1 ? Anyone know ? I guess the engine side covers will change too.

82 - 83 (84 in Canada) 750 twins have the emission ports in the head with the emission valve covers (maybe not in Canada though) and electronic ignition, along with BS34 carbs instead of the earlier BS38's.
Other than that, the motor is the same as a 78-80, has a different charging system than the 76-77 though, and even that can be swapped.
I have an 82 motor in my 79, I filled in the emission ports with epoxy and used the 79 cam cover.
