Will you get vibration through the frame to the battey?

I really like what you've done here. You've obviously put a lot of thought and work into the project. It looks like it's going to pay off. I think the monoshock really enhances the lines of the 650 especially with the tail fairing. I read of a similar rebuild in Classic and Motorcycle mechanics about four years ago and always wanted to try it myself.

I am thinking of 4-2 under seat exhaust pipes but can't visualize how to route them.

Thanks, its a work in progress, Im building as I get the parts.
I dont think vibration will be an issue, the battery box is solidly mounted (bolted) to the frame, if it was rubber mounted, and touching like it is, then I would be worried about vibration.
A custom 4-2 under the seat might have some heat issues if its not done properly, but it definatly can be done. It might be a bit easier if you bend up the tail section for more room.
