Wondering if all of the shocks/bushings and mountings were the same for all models b/c/d for first generation kz650s (1977)

The 77 650b is the same as 900 1000. I just took 650 shocks off my 900 last week, had them on for 6 months but made the bike sit to low.

For what it's worth, I put shocks for a Yamaha XS650 on my 77 kz650 and they were a perfect fit. Really nice shocks for $80,

those black ones with chrome springs dont look bad B)in my experiance a shock really isnt predujice as long as the length and weight are close it dontreally care what its bolted on to;)
