Low Price Tires was created by wiredgeorge
The low price tire market has been filled with names like Duro, Kenda and Cheng Shen. I personally am nervous about using Duro or Kenda tires having heard nothing but horror stories but I have used Cheng Shen tires for years; specifically their Hi-Max line which combines durability with low price and decent handling. Recently, I heard they were going to quit selling in the US... I went to the Tiresunlimited.com website and they have this notice posted:
Please note: Starting the Fall of 2008, Cheng Shin brand motorcycle tires for street/highway use only will be very difficult to get, due to Cheng Shin's decision to quit producing motorcycle tires for street/highway use only, effective January 2009.

Sounds to me its time to switch to a Dunlop or a Bridgestone:)
