The outside rim width of the Lesters on my 1973 Z1 measure just slightly over 2 13/16ths inches, both front and rear.
The inside rim width between lips would of course be more meaningful, but impossible (for me) to measure with tires mounted.
Wasn't aware that Z1 rear drum Lesters also came in a 3 inch rim.
Those are handsome tires!
Good Luck!

On left (chain) side of rear Lester on my Z1 has "18x2.15TL DOT" in tiny lettering imprinted on one "spoke." This being the rim with outside width slightly over 2 13/16 inches.
The 19" front Lester with same outside rim width slightly over 2 13/16ths inches had no visible markings. But with same outside rim width as rear, would assume same 2.15 inside width as rear.
Maybe I don't need tubes after all.
Good Luck!
