While we are at it...where is a good place to get steel-braided lines made? Talking brake lines mostly. Any companies make them to size or would you have to buy whatever is close and make them work?

Couple guys around here I've talked to who are racers and build bikes are claiming it will cost around $200 to mill some and that is insane.
$ 200? Sorry, but those guys need to put the pipe down - when I put a Zephyr 750 swingarm in my 650 my local friendly machine shop made me a 17 mm pivot bolt, a rear axle and three rear wheel spacers (one left, one right and one between hub and sprocket hub) all in stainless to the tune of $ 75. Yeah, I'm in Europe but still.
A wheel spacer is nothing but a piece of pipe meant to keep the wheel positioned sideways, anyone who knows how to operate a lathe should be able to make you a set in 15 minutes or less.
