I once suffered through a similarly depressing winter in a place called Minnesota. At least you live in the place where the world's second best whiskey is made. IMHO, Scotland wears the whiskey crown.
My 750 twin is long gone, or I'd be plumb pleased to help you out.
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP THIS DUDE OUT BEFORE HE CREATES SUCH A SHORTAGE OF WHISKEY THAT THE PRICE GOES SKY HIGH!

Hang in there Kzstreetfighter71,

In regards to the Whiskey remark I think you need to try some of the American stuff available today like:Booker's, Knob Creek, Basil Hayden's, Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark etc... Bourbon is way better than ever and the price is still affordable however it is changing every day....Russ

Whiskies are like motorcycles, there are many fine ones, but everybody has a favorite. I have tried some of the ones you mentioned, but I still prefer a single malt highland.
HOWEVER, this thread seems to be swerving off into the weeds. Somebody please get a ruler out and find a 750 twin to measure.
