Check the local auto upholstery shops. They will do it for less than that. What are my options for a seat for my 650? I really dont want to pay $300+ for a Cyclone from Europe or a Corbin. Are these my only options?

+1 on that. Pull off the cover of your seat, either reshape the foam or replace it and shape it how you want it, and then take it to an upholstery shop to get covered. Probably still hit you between $100 and $200, but you'll have the seat you want for less coin.
That's what I did. I wanted something similar to the "Gunfighter" so, I got the knife out and started slicing. A local auto trim shop covered it for $150.
