So I asked PMFR how much a custom sprocket would be, $450, 4 week lead time hahahaha.
Did you mention your application? I can't possibly see why they would charge $450. It's not like they're starting from scratch.
On my 900 project, I'm getting an off-the-shelf 5/8" offset 530 sprocket, flattening the frame a schmidge, and then taking the difference off the sprocket carrier. The method has been proven numerous times so I'm gonna try it.
Just my $0.02 for what it's worth.

Yeah if I can get away with what you're doing I will, but I'd much rather have a correct offset sprocket than go machining carriers and stuff. But I will if I have to. I also can't find a 530 offset sprocke anywhere, pmfr's are all for 630 aren't they?

Kosman offers some 530 sprockets. kosman.net/sprockets.htm
Also, I got my 530 5/8" OS 18T sprocket from Klasmo in Germany but you can same one from American Classix.
