If you can pick up some pipe from Home Depot you can build a quick little bike lift that will pick up one wheel at a time. I had one but Can't remember who I loaned it to. Kinda looks like this....
but inverted so it clears the header. I put notches in the end of the pipe to keep the frame from sliding off.
