I've a KZ750 LTD, which is similar to the KZ650. Don't know if the frames are nearly exact or what. But, trying to remove the air box. Just looking at it, appears there's two bolts outside the frame between the box and the collector the boots attach to, and two others deep down under the electrical on either side in the pods.
Guessing it comes out the engine side. It looks like all that electrical stuff has to come off to get the underlying bolt on the side near the back.
Is there some trick to this or am I seeing it close to right?
