ditto,weve had many debates over this but ive never had problemsSure you can do that. I'm sure there will be argument "they don't mix". The truth is you can pump most the dot3 out until the master cylinder is near empty, add dot5, repeat until you're sure only dot5 is being pumped out. I put dot5 in all my old Kawasakis when dot5 was first seen. When was that? I guess the mid 80s. I've never had one brake problem using dot5.
Still recovering,some days are better than others.

My bike sat for 10 years from '94 ~ '04. When I got her back on the road, the brakes worked fine, no siezing or other problems.
