Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum and i just finish rebuild carb for 77' KZ 1000 LTD. when accellarate below 6000 rpm it is fine but above that range its kinda stutter or my friend called it burble in english...hahaha sorry new to the country too! for information the bike has free flow air filter and side winder vance hince exhaust no baffle. main jet is 120 and pilot jet is 17.5. i'm in grand junction, CO with elevation around 4500 ft above sea level.....! what should i do or what should i check! is it ignition timing(never mess with that yet) or pilot screw adjusment(only put 1,5 turn for 4 carb) or should i do carb syncronizing with vacum device and make all the same vacumm value for all carb by adjusting the pilot screw??? is the size of fuel filter effect the flow of the fuel(should i put bigger one?)Thank you so much,i really appreciate your help!
