The desired rear mstr/cyl parts may be available on the shelf or by special order, regardless of not being "listed" in the site catalog.
Special inquiries are invited. And further source reference may be suggested. Or might at least find out for sure whether there's any reasonable hope of locating such parts.

Redline
kawasaki.com reports the rear mstr/cyl piston as no longer available through the dealerships.
Btw, what's wrong with the existing master cylinder?
Have seen some mighty nasty ones cleaned up and restored to dependable non-leaking service using existing parts.
Some minor pitting inside the bore may often be minimized by using ultra-fine wet-or-dry sandpaper.
And rubber cups may sometimes be carefully cleaned and returned to service.
Good Luck!

I just tried per website. It is pumping OK but is leaking out the bottom while it is parked. I guess I will try to clean it up and see if I can make it work. thanks for the help.
leaking out the bottom while it is parked--- am uncertain whether this means fluid seeping through the rubber dust cover or maybe from somewhere else and running down the push rod to its connection at the lever.
Does applying brake increase amount of leakage?
In determining source of leak, may help to know where leak first appears on outside of m/c.
After cleaning m/c exterior, where does source of leak first appear?
Until further info, am guessing either (1) a leak somewhere in the supply hose or supply hose connections from reservoir to m/c, or (2) leakage past the secondary cup on the piston (part#4 on the following diagram), or (3) at banjo bolt where brake line exits m/c.
Part#4 piston primary cup is at the top end under the spring.
When cleaning the disassembled internals on the workbench, common household rubbing alcohol is imo the best medium. An ordinary hand spray pump nozzle fitted to the bottle of alcohol makes an excellent tool for this purpose.
Good Luck!

Terry S - how's the master cylinder holding up? I'm helping a friend rebuild his 80 LTD and we found the same problem - no kit available for the 1980. Did cleaning and reassembly stop the leak?
Noticed listing at Redline for part# 43020-1015 rear m/c piston assembly.

I'm thinking about bolting up my old MKII mc to the LTD to see if it will work. At least we can get a rebuild kit for that one and it only costs about $30. Just not sure if it's a direct bolt on.
I had to go the New OEM piston route on my 650 SR and got an nos one on eBay for about $50. No luck finiding an LTD one so far though.
As you suggested earlier, I'm hoping a good cleaning might seal things up.

Would the piston seals from another 5/8" piston fit the '80 LTD piston? It would probably work fine with new rubber. Maybe the '79 5/8" piston uses the same seals and could be taken off of the new piston included in the cheap rebuild kit??
Come to think of it, the front MC is 5/8" also, maybe those are the same seals?? I'll post the info if I can find out.

Would be interesting to learn whether the cups themselves might be common to a different piston.
On the pistons I've dealt with, some primary cups are separate, and some come already affixed to the piston. While all the secondary cups came already affixed.
Haven't attempted removing and replacing a pre-installed cup, and uncertain whether possible without damaging the cup.
It's surprising how well the old cups may be cleaned up and returned to service. So long as not cracked or nicked.
Good Fortune!
