GS Swingarm Questions?? was created by dragnkaw1428
Im thinking of swapping my swingarm on my 77 KZ1000 with a GS1100 swingarm. Does anyone know what wheels I can use with it? zx12, r1 etc. Also I have a 6 inch over extended stock width KZ swingarm. Is there any late model sportbike wheel that will work with the KZ swingarm? Any help would be GREAT

I used a suzuki wheel with a 5.5 inch rim. If your talking newer sportbike wheels you might have to stick with something older that is 6 inches wide or less.

Ive been looking at the the ZX6E wheels they are 4.5 inches wide. Not sure which brake caliper to use though. I wish someone could tell me for sure based on experience what would work before I spend the money.I used a suzuki wheel with a 5.5 inch rim.
