my thoughts exactly, the rear is really clean like that, (not quite as nice as a modern swingarm and mono shock setup in my personal opinion) but why still 2 shocks? The project looks great but i have a question for you. Why did you go with twin shocks instead of a modern single? You went through the trouble of setting up what looks like a great swingarm but are still using old shocks?

Figured we do something different, The stock shocks will soon be updated with some modern shocks.
Anyone have or recommend something suitable?

The suspension loop is right on the tire! Man, that is close! In some of the shots it looked to be touching but I know he wouldn't let it rub... man that's close!
I don't see a problem with the dual shocks except a better shock would be nice after all that work. The turnbuckle is cool but the pivot points are metal to metal. Don't you think some pressed in oil-lite bushings or 660 SAE bronze bushings would be needed on the 4 pivot points? I'm saying that on the assumption he isn't going to graany this thing around town!
You bud has some great fab skills, keep up the posts on this one.
