you can do it but it's important that you don't go less then the min. thickness stamped on the rotor itself.

find a shop that surfaces car/truck flywheels theycan usually do em fo raround $10 each

£70 each (UK). Will check the manual and the discs and see what the limit is. Just checking that it is fisically possible / recommended / safe to do.
