Got a chain question, is 530 or 630 the larger chain?
Thanks

My Drive sprocket is worn, rear sprocket and chain are like new, thinking PO had swapped rear sprocket and chain but not drive sprocket:( , anyway it is a large chain and I had ordered a "518" series drive sprocket ( 630) but it is thinner than the one on the bike, Noticed drive sprocket on bike has "521" embossed in it. I just orderd the "521"
( 630)series drive sprocket from Z1 Enterp., hoping that one is as thick as the ( 521) one on the bike, Hope that makes sense?? I am assuming the "521" is the thicker sprocket in the 630 size..?
Wheeeww!
Thanks

630 Pitch:
15 tooth OEM CC sprocket & 35 tooth rear for a ratio of 2.333... 35/15 = 2.3333
530 Pitch:
(15 / 5) * 6 = 18 tooth new 530 Front sprocket
(35 / 5) * 6 = 42 tooth new 530 Rear sprocket
42/18 = 2.3333
If you want to change your ratios for increased lower or top end speeds.... here's a chart I found that comes in handy....

518 requires spacer (shown on listing)
521 doesn't (thicker mid-section)

Perhaps only need whichever spacer is applicable to whatever model bike is involved.
