Get an inexpensive steel dowel rod from the local hardware store, of appropriate diameter to cut threads of oem size.
The rod will likely be measured in "inches" (fraction of an inch) and I don't recall the exact diameter, but one of the common sizes is perfect to cut the metric threads.
Cut rod to length, and thread both ends, and use nuts on both ends.
This is also a handy way to fashion a slightly longer than stock bolt when needed for whatever reason, such as attaching certain accessory fitments (some styles of cruise pegs, for instance, or a thicker mounting bracket).
Of course, a fully pre-threaded steel rod is also available (likely in a fractional inch size) which could be cut to length and fitted, if don't mind exposed threads visible across front of engine. And don't mind using non-metric at this location.
Good Fortune!

School Teacher I am in Red Oak TX. Patton I thought about all-thread is that strong enough?
The long front bolt sandwiches or clamps the motor between the down tubes, without separately affixing each side of the motor to an individual down tube.
Some folks believe that using a separate shorter bolt on each side of the motor, whereby the motor is supposedly more tightly held to the down tubes, enhances frame stability and rigidity.
I've tried it that way, but didn't notice the difference (but didn't road race it either).
May entail some modification of the bolt heads or nuts to fit inside the channel on motor side.
To answer the question, I believe all-thread would be okay, just harder to keep clean.
Don't know if all-thread is available in metric. But prefer staying with the same thread type on a vehicle when possible.
Good Fortune!

Probably 3/8" which is almost the same size as 10mm.... The rod will likely be measured in "inches" (fraction of an inch) and I don't recall the exact diameter, but one of the common sizes is perfect to cut the metric threads...

Maybe you could contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacement rod?
