Two brands I like are PB Blaster and Kroil for stuck together parts.
The bearings are probably toast by now, so www.goallballs.com should have new ones for you.
When re-assebly time comes around, put a thin coating of the silver Anti-seize on the axle as it will make removal much easier.

It performed better than PBB in a test posted here on KZR.
LW has a number of good products & they're usually cheaper than others.
Unfortunately, for me anyway, I don't think they make their cycle chain lube any more. Three bucks for a big can & it was a good product.
....
PS: wd40 was the worst. I hate that stuff.

There's a better one: get the DuPont Multi Purpose teflon spray lube at Lowes in the blue can. I think it is $5 for a giant can. Best chain lube I ever found. Goes on wet to penetrate in and then dries to a waxy film. Does not throw off or hold dirt. My new chain is showing zero wear using it (no stretch).Unfortunately, for me anyway, I don't think they make their cycle chain lube any more. Three bucks for a big can & it was a good product.

I got it, had to keep spraying PB on it and beatin on it with a hammer, ended up using a punch to push it through, even after it broke free it still was stuck. now i need wheel bearings, when i put it together again so i could move it around, there was a loud thud when i tightened down the axle nut. i hope i can get this on the road before the snow flies. . .
Z1 carries most everything. If they don't have it, Old Bike Barn has a lot of KZ parts. If you have to order OEM from kawi, Bike Bandit and babbittsonline.com will get you a good discount on kawi parts./
