wheel,, tire, was created by Brian kz650
Hi all, I have a 77 kz 650, I have a question about tires and rims, I want to run some knoby type of dual purpose D.O.T. tires,I know many will ask why? I have seen them on alot of bobber and rat builds and think they rad.so.....I realize many of you will think I'm an idiot for putting fashion ahead of from... I am.Anyway, I have an 18" on rear and 19" on the front, there are plenty of brands that make the rear 18 but not the style of tire in a 19" size. can I swap a 21" kx rim or something along these lines.any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated.Thx,Brian

:woohoo: NO!Your braking will be greatly reduced with a motorcross wheel, even if you could get the caliper to line up.
Check with your local motorcycle shop and look through thier catalog(s).They do make 19 tires for that purpose.
