I have seen the GS 1100e aluminum swing as the prefered choice. Does anyone know if the steel swing has the same basic deminsions as far as the 2" extention, pivot width and ease of swap.

I don't want to runover your post, only add to it as I am looking to do the same as the original post.

A Custom Chrome Cats Eye Tailight that's not available any longer, and a 5.50 x 17 Akront Aluminum Rim.

Yes, the GS1100E and GS1100L arms do have the same dimensions, and I have one of each for sale (see attached pic). What make the old L model arm cool is that it looks like the stock KZ arm, but can take up to a 160 tire I believe. I was going to use them, but decided to stay with a little tire. PM me if you are interested.

maybe some people are trying to help him based on first hand experiance ,might save him a lot of money and headaches in the process :whistle:

i ended up gettin a d&g double club foot off ebay i forgot i had a spoke 18x9 in my shed i will b using that im stuck now on how to get the off set sprocket and how much to cut into the frame to clear for the chain i saw some of ur pics bro u r damm good at what u do can u help me get this bike together im not planning on riding it but just want to get it goin on the right path call me if u can 708-262-0428 or email me at mac1976@sbcglobal.net
