Whats the easiest matching late model front end and swingarm with wheels & brakes to install on a 78 KZ1000. I dont like the looks of the GS1100s, want something more modern looking

that will depend on what you call easy and how much you want to mod the bike beyond return

i like the look of inverted forks and monoshocks. the 93 gsxr forks i ran went together nicely. but the mix of parts i used in the rear was another story.

Well the bike is a mixture of about 5 bikes so it has no great value as far as originality or going back to stock. Im talking without major machine work involved. Nice bike but paint that ugly rusty pipe black, it would sure look nicer imho

I took a 1995 GSXR 750 as my donor bike for the front and rear on my project. Not too much machine work, but some fairly major fabrication involved. If you can do the welding yourself, or know someone who will help you then the GSXR stuff works fairly well IMO.
