She's after the offset of the rim in relation to the hub for relacing the spokes.

The rim is laced central to the hub (i.e rim center is equidistant to the flanges on the hub where the spoke heads locate.
She's already been given this info by me via PM and others on the UK Z1 site but still keeps asking.

That's what I was thinking. If you buy a set of precut spokes, the offset is pretty much set by the spoke length. There can't be much room for error.Surely all rims will end up centered to where they are supposed to be as long as the correct length of spoke is used and the correct lace pattern?

As mentioned, the rim will find its neutral position over the hub as long as the spoke lengths are correct. Lace the rim correctly and tighten up each spoke nipple till it just covers the last thread on the spoke. It that point I’d look for a local shop to true the rim, unless you have the patients of Job! I found a custom HD chopper shop that trued my laced rim for $35. Well worth it for piece of mind.I see I am a bit confusing the offset I am referring to is when spoking the rear wheel to ensure the rim sits in the middle of the bike the same as the front as whilst lacing the wheel you can move the rim from side to side with reference to the bike centre

You dont need too worry about that Sam there is no offset, if you use the correct spoke sizes and weave pattern the wheel will automatically pull into the centre where it supposed to be, the correct axle spacers will then centre the wheel in to swing arm, if you are going full original then just make sure everything is returned back to factory spec and you will have no problems.

The rim on these should be central to the hub to put it in the centerline of the bike.
I don't know what more i can say either as that is the answer you needed.
